    Incorrect, they have an impeachment type of system if they need to remove someone for any reason. Like if a guy is accessed of rape or something but they can only replace with someone from the same party and the DNC would probably pick the person.

    Thats why I said similar. There is a process if an elector needs to be replaced, they don't just stand around looking at each other.

    you cant replace an Elector because he refuses to ignore the will of the people.

    you have to have a valid reason to replace him

    The court extended the times ballots could be received. On what constitutional basis did they do so changing the rules as set forth by the state legislature? Read the Constitution about who sets the rules for selecting the state's electors.

    I expect this to have roughly the same results as trumps other bogus claims. His commission in 2016 on fraud. His claims of Obamagate, unmasking etc etc

    State constitution allows for late absentee and mail-in ballots, under certain conditions.

    I think we should err on the side of democracy and allow any late ballot that was postmarked by Election Day.

    Anything that helps distract Trump officials from burning stuff down on their way out is fine with me. I'm sure this investigation will go as well as all the other snipe hunts that Barr has sent people on.
