It is not up for debate which party has been against increasing border security.

I never said republicans were blameless. You seem to think , by my conservative leaning posts, that I just agree with republican politicians. Nothing could be further from the truth. They a joke too but when it comes to border security today (not 50 years ago) the left has been against it.

Keeping illegals out limits crime. I never said it was easy or could be done at a 100% success rate, but doing that will save lives.

Legal citizens are already here which is why that comparison is 100% invalid. You can't remove them before they commit the crimes like you can with illegals. It is why trying to compare the two is invalid.

What more do you want on border security? The wall is mostly useless. Over, under, around, and through are all still options as they are today.

Illegal immigrants are already here, and have been for 50+ years. To say the solution to illegal immigrant crimes is to not let them in is not a solution. They are here as much as legal citizens are here. And they are not going to be leaving anytime soon. So, it's not an invalid point.

It was a joke, people. It would be (nearly) impossible to get 50 people into two minivans, and a fender bender shouldn't kill anyone. And yes, I'm aware of the reality. It's estimated that 50% of the drivers in Miami don't have driver's licenses, never mind insurance.
