You do know that there is a complete difference between a wall to keep your own citizens captive (Berlin Wall) and a wall to enforce your border against non citizens (U.S. border wall).

 

Let's not forget America also buried millions off German children under heaps of wreckage. Are they supposed to be thankful for that? Would you be if it was your children?

Your ambassador begged for it. He wrote over 12 letters to various city officials and even to the chancellor, who denied even to answer him. It was seen as pathetic and he then let the statue produce before he got the no and now is forced to place it on the embassy terrace.

War is always cruel. Bombing of German cities had the military goal to end WW2 much soon.

Germans wanted "Total War", so they got what they asked for.

Its weird though. All experts say that when the US-German alliance breaks, it means end for US world power status. Its Putins greatest wish. With a German-Russian alliance evrything would change. German tech and economic power combined with russian rescources.

A good example was the F-35 issue. Experts say Germany would have chosen the F-35 as interim solution, which would have been the biggest military contract in decades. Germany decided against it because Trump.

Relations between our nations are broken down and that will be the status quo after Trump. This cant be improved, because what is created now will be the enw reality. Im have no doubts our countries will establish working relationship but you cant repair an alliance that is at the point where this is now.

My mistake, I should have said ten or hundreds of thousands. My source comes from an article by a Greek women, who said she was the only one who could translate at the Nurenburg trials. She said they were held over the bodies of 20 thousand people, and the reason the trials were held in Nurenburg, was because it was the only building left in Germany. Was she right? I believe so! The British knew they were going to kill the 10 thousand Italian soldiers on the island, but didn't warn them so they wouldn't know they had broken the code.

I recall the demonstrations against Reagan. The Germans saw him as a war monger, and they were going to be in the front lines. There were protests in the US as well against the arms build up, and this is what shocked Putin. He realized the indifference today had to do with the media, and the way they were projecting things and not letting the people know the seriousness of what Washington was doing.
