A Better Question would be THIS:

Why is the RW so preoccupied with a politically-motivated lawsuit affecting the Dem. Party?

I bet if she worked really hard she could get somebody else to pay them like Trump does for his Rallies.

Union workers at a Royal Dutch Shell’s manufacturing facility in western Pennsylvania were told that they had to attend President Donald Trump’s speech on Tuesday – or take the day off without pay, reports say.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that a contractor sent a memo to union leaders that the employees’ attendance at a Shell Pennsylvania Petrochemicals Complex in Monaca, Pennsylvania was “not mandatory.” However, a supervisor for the contractor wrote that only employees who arrived at the hours-long event would receive pay, writing, “NO SCAN, NO PAY.”

Why shouldn't anyone interested in politics and the election not be interested in this lawsuit?

That seems to be the standard procedure when VIP's come and speak at the plant and has to do with union work rules and OT hours. So if they do not want to attend the function on that day they can have a free day off not charged to their vacation or personal days.

This is between union and management and work rules concerning hours and OT tabulation.

God it's great to see progressives start eating each other and STILL not be able to see how their political ideologies are flawed.

I mean, you cant make this stuff up.

    I see.

So, that is the RW spin?

    Trump LYING Again:

He also claimed credit for the construction of the Shell plant, which had first been announced under the Obama administration, telling the workers, “This would have never happened without me and us.”

This is a current event being discussed on a political forum.

Im sure even you would agree that its important to investigate these claims.

BUT, not quite as important as "investigating" the claims of the latest Bigfoot Sighting.

This isn't a Michelle Obama thread.

    Try to focus.

She should just label them as independent contractors and then stiff them, trump supporters have no issues with that strategy

The NLRB does not investigate bigfoot sightings.

I honestly couldn't care less about the rabbit holes that NLRB investigators go after.

If the NLRB thinks that there is a legit case, it means liitle to me if they choose to waste their time and money.

Why not say you look forward to the results and hope nobody violated labor laws?

    So, that's your statement?

Then why is the LW so preoccupied with a politically-motivated lawsuit affecting the Dem. Party that the RW is interested in?

It's Warren who demands the workers get more say in how the employer runs their business and how money should be allocated and the direct of the endeavor.

So how about these workers? Is she going to have them sit on her "board" and have equal voices?

Sounds like the union made that request. I thought the left was pro-union? Oh well...guess not anymore, when unions started realizing Trump actually got people back to work
