Biden administration gives Maduro regime lifeline as Venezuelans cry foul

Well, socialists and communists have to stick together.
Venezuelan crude is heavy, dirty crude, (heavy sour) and the US AFAIK is one of the few who will refine it. Most likely is Gulf refineries were switching production to lighter oil from the Gulf (medium sour) , and Biden was throwing a brother a life line. Canada is also shipping (heavy sweet) to gulf refiners. Venezuela is an orphan... or was. Follow the money.

 

Everyone wants lower fuel prices. Why would you even ask that question?

I assume that is partisan nonsense, not common sense. Lower fuel prices are a good thing. Prices always fix themselves in the marketplace. Sometimes it takes some patience.
