Yeah, because there are no non-white people in tech in America. Best let India know, so they can stop sending their dark brown techies over to take all the multi million dollar salaries.

Considering that petty BS led to Biden winning, it’s not so petty. There are just too many people who think Trump is racsit because they read clipped quotes or watched CNN edited videos of him while listening to a horribly biased and rather evil “journalist” comment on the inner meaning of Trumps thoughts.

What Biden said there is easily as racist as anything Trump has said. Biden said straight up Black and Hispanic people don’t know how to get online and do what white people are able to do. That is astounding. About as genius as saying “poor kids are just as bright as white kids.” Slip of the tongue or just his inner white supremacy coming out? Who knows?

I guess some think blacks find it terribly difficult to use google, go figure the same sorts think they have an especially difficult time obtaining ID, guess they figure they dont participate in the variety of daily task requiring ID? I recently started working the graveyard shift at a 24 hour gas station. By golly, they would be shocked that blacks produce ID like anyone else buying age restricted products! Oh damn, is it "racist" of me to do my job and ID those looking under 40?

He was pointing out less online usage among those groups in response to a question. It’s a fact, even the NYT has said so

The picture is hazy because accurate national data on race and ethnicity is lagging. But experts and leaders in these communities say the data shows that Black and Latino Americans are being vaccinated at lower rates because they face obstacles like language and technology barriers, disparities in access to medical facilities and getting to a site.

What a cheap shot. Any other daily task you think blacks lag behind in?

"Sent" ? The language is so revealing.

Don't worry about what black Americans actually want. Hell, just force them to take jobs they don't want, in fields in which they have no interest.

OK, so what you are telling me is that since 1900 there have only been 9 African Americans sufficiently qualified to represent the GOP in Congress. Less than one per decade. In a country where African Americans have represented 10-12% of the population. You sure you want to go with that?

For all your desperate regurgitation of the 'meritocracy' lie and stupid sporting analogies - who genuinely beleives Congress is chosen strictly on merit, let alone against the sort of objective standard sport uses? - we all know the real reason Republicans don't put black people ion Congress. Republican primary voters don't want black people representing them, so they don't vote for them in primaries in seats where they have a chance of winning. Well, OK, they do once a decade or so somwwhere in the US. As I have said repeatedly, Republicans can detect 'merit' at a glance. If the person is white & male they are assumed to have merit until proved otherwise. If they are black then being 'just as equal and intelligent' just doesn't seem to cut it.

Tell yourself whatever fairy tales you need to. Dig up one of the handful of black people who agree with you to reassure yourself that systematically excluding black people is 'merit' based. The reality is writ large in outcomes.

Actually, the language is standard. The notion that voters in an electorate or a state 'sends' someone to Congress is a standard description. The fact that you have suddenly created an alternative meaning is very revealing. So is your bizarre assumption that black people didn't and don't want to go to Congress. Black people have risked their personal safety to stand for Congress and have been trying to get represented there since they were able to do so, but somehow you just know that they weren't interested.

At least the 'meritocracy' lie can pretend to be in touch with reality. You are off in a different universe.

So a reasonable LOW budget for everything needed could be around $80 a month. I would be very interested to see if any of those claiming this is beyond reach, are spending $80 a month on 'fun'. Fast food, entertainment, clothing, alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, high caloric foods (always expensive!), hair stylists, nail artists, sports, etc etc.

If Biden was honest this is what he would have said: "C'mon man, we just spent months telling people not to trust the Trump vaccine and people actually believed us."

For the next 4 years are you going to drag Trump into every thread like you did the last 4 years?

BTW, if you voted for him you must be black - per Biden.

If no black people apply for a given job, then no black people apply for a given job. You have a problem with that, and demand that black people want those jobs. You can't even countenance the possibility that few do - you simply ignore that inconvenient reality, in pursuit of making white people more comfortable. Think this thing through .. drill down and consider the bigger picture.

A meritocracy is the only true equality we can ever have.

What it's telling you is that 9 qualified African Americans got the jobs they applied for. Let's say there were a thousand other applicants for each of those jobs (and that's stretching it, there were probably considerably less), and not all of them were qualified - how does your math stack up then?

It's funny when people get caught on the back foot :D

Edited to say that I'd like to see you argue the point about white supremacy in tech. It will implode just like every other argument against white dominance since Asian and Indian Americans usurped whitey.

Today should be declared a national holiday, the left finally found something that isn't racist.

When it comes to internet and phone...yes. Most poor people know how to budget, they just suck at saving money. I would imagine that if I did away with every one of my vices and lived like a college kid living on Top Ramen then I could save money quite easily. (though I don't think my kids would like that so much....)

The most important question is who gives a crap? Maybe "Blacks" are just smart enough to stay out of politics? :)

Aggregated racial group data does not tell you anything about the individuals who happen to be of the racial group you are looking at.

Maybe, maybe not. This is a great reason to stay out of politics though. :)
