Sounds like Pres. Coulter is pissed.

Pres. Trump caved for the moment in 30 days he has to redeem himself or his goose is cooked.

She got more attention from her bullying of Donald Trump than she has had in years.

She was frothing at the mouth on Bill Maher last night. Almost as rabid as Judge Jeannie.

You are one of my favorite posters here, so I'll say essentially the same thing I said to another of my favorite posters on another thread on this same topic ---- I'm encouraged to see your optimism regarding this latest development. I personally didn't think this was a wise move by Trump, but maybe (hopefully) he has a bigger picture strategy in mind which I can't yet foresee. Because otherwise to me it looks a lot like he's just turning into the average politician ---- caving to poll numbers instead of sticking to his morals ---- and potentially neutering himself in the process. I hope I am wrong. Please God let me be wrong! I hope this is all part of some masterful strategy. Because I don't think it looks good on the surface :(

"WTF I LOVE ANN COULTER NOW!"

The polarity holding sway in partisan estimation of the Trump Administration is a sign of overly heuristic bias, cultivated by a multidecade MSM and Complex effort to get people to instinctively feel instead of think, or in other words "knee-jerking." Claiming that every single thing some person in power does is "the best" or "the worst" is a sign of very childish thinking. That's true whether the target is Trump, Obama or even Hitler or Stalin.

Trump agreed to reopen government for a couple of weeks. I don't see the Hindenburg or Second Coming anywhere in that decision. Same for most of the other extremist claptrap about the Trump Administration so far.

As a matter of fact, the Administration has been a rather middle of the road Republican one in terms of policy so far, tax cuts, new tactics in negotiations with allies and enemies one would expect from a private sector practitioner, calls to stiffen border security that Democrats were all aboard with until recently, same old same old overspending. But so far, no material changes in the federal government and the way it operates.

So where's the ORANGEMANBAD beef? There is none, all hysterical shrieking.

There is nothing "middle of the road" about closing part of the government for over a month.

He just realized it was a lose lose he created for himself. And it was getting worse for the R party.
He caved because he could not ruin the entire country at the behest of a few.

A wall won't end the immigration issue, in no way, shape, or form. I don't think he gives up on getting something, but it can't be just to fulfill the lie he made while campaigning.
But if he can keep his promise and get Mexico to pay for it. I'm 100% in support.

He would ruin the country if he thought it would benefit him. The guy is so utterly selfish and clueless. It was what the shutdown was doing to him politically that motivated him to relent, guaranteed. The fact that he took it this far and acted like it was no big deal to those worst affected speaks volumes.

You'd be amazed at how few of the productive taxpayers of the private sector who pay for the whole thing give a rat's ass about shutting down the federal government. Most of us hope it never reopens whenever it is temporarily closed.

I guess productive taxpayers don't fly and don't care about law enforcement and border security, among many other essential services, then.

Are you happy or sad? Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, dozens of other appointments to the bench. Perhaps a bit too early to try and look smart, don't you think?

jestsayin, it's going to take awhile to catch up to the Clinton and Obama appointment list. There are two right of center GOP appts to SCOTUS, yes, but they are nothing like Scalia.

"Good news for George Herbert Walker Bush: As of today, he is no longer the biggest wimp ever to serve as President of the United States," hardline Republican Ann Coulter wrote on Twitter.

With any luck, Mueller will give us the tools to get him out.

No matter what that man does, he will be criticized. Have you ever had one positive thing tho post about Trump? If not, you should evaluate you objectivity.
