Black Friday

I find myself wondering how well the poor and homeless of America would be doing if we put the billions of dollars we spend on Black Friday into their pockets, instead of giving it to big businesses that don't care.

 

You would wonder that.

Sometimes i dream about rounding up all of the American liberals and putting them on a deserted island, then nuking the cesspool.

Then I wake up and brew a cup of coffee.

Not possible, I think. Even the slightest sense of morals and compassion would have kept you from thinking of murderous ideacide.

 

It wouldn't matter. They just go out and buy a bunch of sh!t they don't need just like everyone else - and be just as poor the next day.

Hey, BTW - I heard on the radio this morning that there were some morons whining about the term "Black Friday" as being racist. I wonder if "White Christmas" is too? I sware to God, if people keep acting like a bunch of fuking morons, I'm gonna start thinning this sorry-assed herd.

I spend a lot of "quality time" with my local subway guys, the ones with the shopping carts and signs...not the fake homeless, but the real deal pushes their lives around in a cart kinda homeless and as I've gotten to know them over coffee and muffins I realized that they are more free than the rest of us. I think talking to them, reading about Eustace Conway...is what made me an idealist primitivist.

The homeless aren't as unhappy as you think. Give them some thick blankets and food and they're pretty happy. They are free. They don't pay taxes, landlords, etc. They aren't consumed with consumerism and the iEverything. They have their own little "community"...I dunno, they are amazingly well-adjusted. Even the space alien stuff is fascinating and possibly true.

I used to try getting them into shelters until I started actually hanging out with them. They are far more free than you and I are. I tried getting this one lady to go--her being a lady and all--and she called me "Satan" and threw the food and coffee back at me.

I am from the material, evil world and she's a saint. A saint of the subway.

I'm in a pondery mood today and I think these cats have a lot going for them that the rest of us alleged normals do not.

 

One of my old school friends made it a point to call it "Bright Friday." It is pretty retarded, imo. Like somehow the mere mention of the colours "black" and "white" should be cause for alarm.

Give me a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing break.

 

It may be different in New York than elsewhere. Maybe it's your subway system. In Richmond, VA, where I was homeless and on the streets, it's not free at all. No matter where you go, you're kicked out, insulted, sometimes even attacked. Only one real area of the city is free for the homeless to sleep in and do their thing, and even there the police still try to harass them...or another fellow "vagrant" tries to kill you.

 

Yeh, Richmond has no subways, but...at least its warmer. Washington DC's subway system was similar to NYC. Lots of homeless living there and chilling.

 

I find myself wondering how many of those spending the billions of dollars on black friday, are receiving government handouts.

 

Not in the winter In all seriousness, my partner and I (*)(*)(*)(*) near froze to death...and that was just mornings.

Yeah, D.C. has always been cool like that, I've noticed. I just wish the Dems in Congress or even President Obama would practice what they try to preach and step outside to offer a helping hand. Not like the bastards have to walk very far.

No, social norms prevent people from saying want they really think. You ever looked at a hot girl and thought how good sex might be? Did you go up to her and say you'd like to have sex with her? Regardless, people cannot control their dreams, except maybe with lucid dreaming, but that takes practice and i dont know how to do it.

 

This answer is not a surprise. Fascists always have been with the corporations, for that always they have wanted to destroy the worker unions, creating yellow syndicates or vertical syndicates.

And, if USA was a democratic country(thing that everybody knows that is not) the corporations never could fire people for striking. That would be an illegal firing and they would have to compensate the worker if they wanted to.

Also, if the workers would have conscience of class, they would defend the fired workers striking harder. And we would see who laugh last. The corporation without sales the most important day, the black friday(because without workers they won't sell anything) and the other days of strike to support that fired workers. It would be fun to see it

And about squirrels(strike-breakers) we would have to see it, if that works or not.

 

No mercy or passion for the plebs. They have their place so that everyone else might live a better life.
