    I am not sure if the following info is up to date or if CNN just recycled the same thing from yesterday.
    Apparently CNN had a 20 minute phone interview with the woman. I don't think they released it yet, or at least I could not find it.

    Sure. But you are wrong. We don't allow 14 year olds to have such a surgery. 18 is the minimum, so you are starting from a false premise.

    If you think 14-year olds have the capacity to make well-informed decisions about legal matters, then there is nothing I can say to change your mind.

    Pro tip - our logic circuits aren't fully developed until we hit 25 or so.

    Yes, if you accuse someone wrongfully in public then you should apologise in public.... doesn't matter if they are pink...it's the right thing to do.

    I think that there was more racism demonstrated by the hotel staff member than by the woman.

    It is undoubtedly racial profiling.

    Verbally harassing the man and his son is not illegal. But as soon as she got physical, she crossed the line.

    Really, I may build a nice deserted island for all of the Karens of the world so that the can bitch and moan about how badly they are being treated in peace and quiet.

    When black people rob and murder white people at disproportionate levels, is it always racism? Tossing the race card at every opportunity isn’t helping to reduce tensions. It’s actually making it a lot worse.

    Exactly what does "in public" mean? Should you be forced to purchase TV time? The only reason that the entire world knows about this is that SJW purposely saturate the world with it for their political agenda. Only a handful of people were there when it happened.

    Apparently before the incident even happened with the teen she had demanded that the hotel show her security camera footage so she could see who stole her phone. She also demanded another person empty their pockets suspecting that person had stolen her phone. It would be interesting to know the race of that person too or how they were dressed and age. This could just be the case of a crazy person panicking because she lost her phone and accusing everyone in sight and when she found someone that refused to show her their phone she equated that to guilt. Her behavior before the incident leads me to believe she had no idea who stole her phone and was accusing people without cause. I am still not prepared to judge whether she did it randomly or through racial profiling based on what I have read.

    BTW Its good to hear from you too. I haven't been paying as much attention to the covid thread recently, pretty much due to covid fatigue. Working from home since March and rarely getting out except for groceries, take out and walks by the lake by the lake is trying. I don't like to complain though since we are extremely lucky with our situation, my wife and I have not missed work and the family is healthy and safe. Hope you are doing well and had a great holidays.

    It is the same as calling someone a nazi or a racist... if it can't be proven then you should apologise. We know the left NEVER apologises for these smears they loosely throw around... nor do they accept an apology when offered....the reason why people have stopped apologising.

    We need to get back to common curtesy

    She's been arrested twice for public intoxication and drunk driving... also evicted for non-payment. Says she is an "aspiring model" in Sun Valley, California.

    Her name is Miya Taylor Ponsetto, age 22, and she is now a wanted person. The police are seeking to arrest her. I'd guess that she probably fled to California.

    She could have easily used another phone to ring hers. I guess it's more gratifying to screech at a teen and assault him.
