Black teen accused of stealing phone in viral incident at NYC hotel says he's shell shocked

How is that any different than her taking the parents accusation of racism as being nothing more than their stereotyping of her based upon her skin color? We all know that the stereotype of white people by the minority community is that they’re racists.

Seems to me she just believed her phone was stolen. It was the kids parents who relied upon their racial stereotyping of white people which brought race into this situation.

Wouldn’t you agree?

I don't know what the big deal is here. Defendants are in court every day accused of things and some times they didn't do the things they're accused of. If anyone is watching what's going on with the outright blatant and in-you-face theft in California, then it's easy to form a profile of probable thieves.

 

Racist a-holes.. I was profiled all the time and pulled over for it, I had the look (and often the smell) of a likely dope smoker.. the cops were right to profile me, not that I liked it at the time...and I certainly learned not to carry.
When I was a complete f-up .. I too hated the cops.
