Yeah, probably. My own thought is that SOME of the demonstrators, a very small percentage, actually are victims of invidious discrimination at a minimum, and maybe sexual assault.

Others have found themselves powerless due to a variety of factors, some genetic, some serendipitous. They see their lives going nowhere, and they're frustrated. They want to matter. They need to matter. I feel sorry for this group.

Others are Leftists who reject bourgeois values like fairness and presumption of innocence, because it runs parallel with capitalism, which has no place for them

That's certainly a large part of it.

The other part is the ugly fact that the only thing "progressives" truly care about is power.

The FBI follow up background investigation was limited in scope by the WH. Kavanaugh nor Ford were not interviewed by the FBI re the most recent allegations - FACT. That's just not a real investigation.
