    Sure it is. You know this is the best way the government will get you if they really want to. Capone was arrested for what again? Tax evasion. Its a matter of who you are to the prosecuting officials. Al Sharpton is in jail for his tax evasion right? Nope.

    Taxation is theft and if you don't pay, they will come to your house with guns and lock you up...if they aren't your friends.

    Well you better because there is legal and political precedent, deal with it.

    If you want some legal or political action against Trump then the legal and political precedents will play a role.

    I'm sure it would be, but is it worth it? You got him on a good variety of counts this time, and you have him in court in < a month for some different crimes.

    I'll bet Mueller doesn't go for the retry on those 10 counts. Assuming it's the same prosecuting team going in DC that went in VA, they'll need to get ready for the DC trial.

    I understand he has until 8/29 to decide.

    These are not DIRECTLY tied to Russian collusion, this should have been a tax audit and the IRS filing charges and then the regular DOJ prosecuting so that Mueller won't waste his time and energy on matters NOT Russian collusion.

    Let's understand that I am not "you guys." I will not support a divisive, incompetent, lying, crooked con-man like Trump. That is the difference between me and "you guys" who you have called Democrats. One doesn't have to be a Democrat to oppose Trump.

    And she also stated she believe Mueller went after Manifort just to get at Trump and this should have been handled through normal IRS/DOJ channels. She did NOT speak highly of the prosecution team.

    What he is supposed to be looking into and I wish he would concentrate on that but the fact is he has already issued those indictments, prosecute them and end this perpetual investigation looking for something anything to lay on Trump.


    Everyone involved completed cooperated with Mueller.

    Mueller is looking for the truth and not something to lay on Trump. Wouldn't surprise me if Trump is up to his eyeballs in criminal
