in key swing states, judge suggests Postmaster General DeJoy might have to testify

... The states seeing relatively poor levels of mail deliveries of ballots include Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina and Wisconsin, all of which have yet to declare victors in their tallies for Trump and Biden. ...

... The data also showed that in South Florida, just 85.12% of the mail-in ballots were delivered on Election Day. ...

... In central Pennsylvania, just 61.3% of the mail-ballots in the postal system were delivered on time, the court filing shows. In Philadelphia, slightly more than 66% of the mail-in ballots had been delivered on Election Day. ...

Needless to say, this is UN*******BELIEVABLE.

Was it republican RATS who actually tried to steal this election???

Of course it was. They planned to delay ballots arriving, then say you can’t count late ballots. Hopefully their plan will fail.

Doesn't matter at this point Biden won. The left managed to create enough ballots at the polling places so we wont see much fuss over the USPS from them.

How dare those republican rats force mail in ballots without the consent of voters. Its like all they care about is winning and the will of the voter is not even a consideration. Who ever thought of this stupid plan should be removed from office and voting rules should never be changed without voter approval.

Why do you think it’s ok to disenfranchise people because the post office lagged?

That question presupposes a falsehood. Feel free to ask questions about positions I actually took.

They need to blame those who thought mail-in-ballots were a good idea.

Have already forgotten the last time your "forced main in ballots" claim was debunked?

The post office was able to handle them. Items implemented in the last few months may have resulted in the issues. That said the USPS should have enacted methods to make sure ever vote was delivered on time but instead started dismantling sorting machines and de-prioritizing ballots (wonder what party was responsible for that?...)

You still didn’t answer the question. Btw. Care to try again?

I never knew the post office stopped lagging. I wish someone told me so I wouldn't have spent a fortune on second day delivery over the past 30+ years. Since this was the Dems idea, why do you think its okay to disenfranchise voters by forcing a mail in ballot on them without voters consent?

I really don't care which elderly sex offender get elected; I just want it to be the sex offender people voted for.

It wasn't. Ballots were mailed without involving voters.

People were forced to vote by Mail with no other options? I only know of five where it is pushed heavily but not mandated. Do you have a source?

You still didn’t answer the question. Care to try again?

Unrequested Mail In Ballots should have never happened anywhere.

Why not just reply to what I actually said? Did voters request ballots by mail, or were they sent without considering the wishes of voters? I don't want any voter disenfranchised, which is why I opposed forcing mail in ballots. I don't care which elderly sex offender wins, but eroding confidence in our election system does not leave us better off.

I live where rights are lost with the stroke of a pen. I would never support more of the same.

It was a bad idea. More examples to come.

Why should I when you refuse (or cannot) answer the question I asked?

    Why does it matter?
If the voter didn’t want to vote by mail they had numerous other methods.

Again, mail in ballots were not forced anymore than you are forced to read spam mail.

    What rights were lost?
Lost rights would be shutting down polling places to create lines, refusing to accept ballots not received by arbitrary deadlines especially when it is no fault of the voter, poll taxes, fake drop boxes, attempts to end vote counting, voter roll purges not based on death certificates or moves...

I hope you do have some more examples, your first one doesn’t make sense.

So many people keep asking new questions without answering the original one — I will take the non-answer as the answer in the affirmative. I am happy to show integrity and answer your question, no — people that do not exist or have passed prior to their submission should not be allowed to vote, nor should non-citizens. Everyone else should be able to cast a vote and do so easily.
I support the harshest penalties for violators.

Your question presupposes a falsehood, so I clearly stated my position. Of course you are not forced to go to your mail box and open the ballot that was sent without considering your wishes.

We just have to part ways on accepting government overreach and abuse of power. I strongly oppose making drastic changes without voter approval. It would take a profound level of gullibility to believe this was done for your safety.

Those are called absentee ballots and are vetted in advance.

this is probably how Trump stopped the blue wave, he invalidated many mail in votes, we should get a count of all the late votes discovered
