Not surprised you are not aware if what alternative fact means since it has been re-interpreted by the left as you have demonstrated.

Alternative fact - two opinions, both truthful.

The notion that there is a difference between an opinion and a fact is "leftist," huh? We can agree that the alt-right seems incapable or unwilling to see the distinction.

    From your link:

In addition to the equal protection granted in the 14th Amendment, the Supreme Court has held that non-citizens are entitled to due process under the Fifth Amendment. They have the right to hold non-government jobs and send their children to public school. In contrast, the Supreme Court has denied non-citizens the right to have state-funded vocations such as teachers or police officers. The Court has also held that foreign nationals could be detained or deported based on nationality, such as in the case of the USA Patriot Act of 2001.

    Ouch

No 'ouch'. Your response in no way shows that non-citizens do not enjoy Constitutional protection. The very opposite, in fact. Sorry. By the way, Patriot also provides for the indefinite detention of US citizens without trial. You can locked up forever at your government's pleasure, and you couldn't do a damn thing about it.

Meanwhile Trump and team use the concept to try to replace facts with feelings.

According to anyone who bothers to look at their claims objectively. When your opponent responds to facts and figures with "Well that's not what I heard on Twitter," they've lost serious ground.

Completely ridiculous. I mean that in the literal sense of the word - what you say is worthy of ridicule.

You think that before Trump's ban, terrorists could just fly into the US with no restrictions? That they will now be allowed to do so with Trump's ban suspended? No - people from these 7 countries need visas that are very difficult to obtain. That won't change.

As a lot of people have pointed out, none of these 7 countries has ever sent any terrorists to the US to stage attacks. Unlike some other countries that are not affected by the ban. So what Trump did was to put terrorists in those OTHER countries on notice that if they want to get in, maybe they should try now.

Trump's ban did not and would not make America any safer, so suspending the ban does not make America any less safe.

That is also what I'd like to know. Hell, it doesn't even have to be confirmed. The ISIS terrorists could just say it's so, and our country would be in a world of panic. Since our policy is based off everything they say lately(Hillary and John). But of course if it were confirmed, it'd be worse. And then the Liberals would feel indeed a deep sense of regret, they essentially let their fellow Americans die.

But not the right to remove a liberty without due process. Changing our mind in this case would involve removing a liberty.

There is nothing false about it. Valid visa holders are entering and exiting the country just as before. Very real victories for the vast majority of Americans who disagree with this travel ban.

He does not have the authority to act outside of the law or the Constitution. Judges decide when that has occurred. As per the Constitution.

If they are, IMO it's because they don't want the additional work involved. Link?

It's not a muslim ban (yet). It is however an expression of his particular brand of racism, it might be called "economic racism". Trump sees a bunch of brown folks sitting around on a bunch of oil that they are too scared to use bigly.

It earned Politico's distinction of "lie of the year".

"If you like you're doctor, you can keep your doctor." That's FALSE. Saving up to 2,500 is the one the GOP likes to point at, as the most obvious lie of them all. And then the inability to reduce costs. So, why did we need that spectacular failure again? I almost wish Trump wrote an executive order on the ACA instead of the ban. That'd have far more agreement.

You feel your position on Trump's visa ban was validated by the Seattle judge? What was your stance on "Judges decide what is constitutional " when hours before the Seattle judge ruled, a judge of equal rank ruled Trump's position was constitutional?
