WHAT??? You telling me we're not supposed to eat there everyday after we are baptized in their fryer?

Eat there as much or as little as you want.

Fast food is not GREAT but there is no evidence that it is worse than organic food. And it is healthier than a vegan diet

Oh, so you want everyone to take an individual perspective and decide something for ourselves and not worry about what other people do?

You’ve spent 13 days straight camping out on this forum yet have the gall to criticize what people eat? Going on a two week straight internet bender is far worse than the occasional chicken sandwich.

    That would be great

I dont eat there a lot. Once in a while cause the kids love the play ground.

I prefer steak after which I post taunting messages to Vegan Youtube channels such as John Sakars

Thanks all, now I am going to leave and go get me a spicy chicken sandwich from CFA before they close for Sunday while I support the $15/hr wage teens and give money to a moral owner.

    It's beside the point.

    Look, it's clear....

The subject is boycotting Chick Fil A in support of LGBT...

so the right is against it because they don't give a crap about LGBT people.

If some business had an owner who supported anti-Christian groups (are there any?), or anti-white male groups (are there any?) or whatever....

it'd be a whole different attitude.

    It's just that simple.

And yet you are worried about other people and their right to boycott.

    Hilarious.

That's weird. I see far more racism coming from Progressives.

No one is worried about that.

Boycott all you like. The issue is not the right to boycott but the stupidity and dishonesty of this particular call to boycott

The issue boils down to righties being entirely hypocritical and biased (with some homophobia mixed in).

    As usual.

Actually this issue boils down to those unhappy malcontents that want to infringe on the rights of others.
    Good luck to ya.

You mean the right who hypocritically are whining about people protesting and boycotting, which is everyone's right.

They have no issue with it when they burn their Nike shoes like morons.

Eat there. Don’t eat there. Couldn’t care less if people want to boycott ANY business.
I personally don’t eat fast food mainly because I’m not a teenager, a drunk or a fat f**k.

    Which is YOUR right.
I respect what Cathy admitted in an interview with the Atlanta Journal...he regretted getting involved in the gay marriage debate, although he didn't regret what he said and remains committed to his beliefs. "I know others feel very different from that and I respect their opinion, I hope they would be respectful of mine. I think this debate is going to rage on and the wiser thing for us to do is to stay focused on customer service."
I don't necessarily agree with the organizations he donated money to but it is his money.

Chick filet is doing really well in this blue state. One store even had to reroute traffic because it is constantly so busy.

Leave Chick-fil-a alone. If you don't like them then don't go there. Don't call for a boycott just because you disagree with some business. I don't care for a topless bar or a gay bar so I just don't visit one, but I don't call for a boycott. I'll say this about Chick-fil-a -- their sandwiches are the best, the employees are friendly, sharp, neatly dressed, and have a good sense of humor (I like to tease them). The place is always clean, and when I order on my app the food is ready when I get there. And they are always busy, I can see why they are the most popular fast food chain in the USA. Quality food, quality help, quality service, fair price. My hat is off to the management and the staff and if you don't want to open on Sunday that is fine with me.

Sorry brother, but it was actually the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Texas was just reciting case law from the second highest court in the land. Hey, just as people have the right to do what they want others have that same right to do what they want. And if someone's religious beliefs are a certain way then who the hell are you to deny them that freedom of religion. By the way, Chick-fil-a has been closed on Sunday's for over 55 years. Get over yourself.

Boycotting stuff over politics is lame.

Do you think that Google, facebook or any site that promotes political manipulation in it's content, attempts to manipulate it's users covertly, needs to be protected?
I don't, and that would apply to either political bend. People have both the right and obligation to think for themselves, to set values for themselves that they can truly respect. Anyone who tries to interfere with that is doing damage to the nation in my opinion.

Are you doing an about face?

You don't like a business, go elsewhere...isn't that what you were saying?

"They, like any other free enterprise ARE NOT social service agencies. They don't exist to satisfy your expectations; and they have no obligation to bring about equality in your perception of them. Your control is simple- If you don't like them for any reason, don't go there. Deprive them of your business. That is the limit of your rights."

I asked why Repubs don't have that attitude in regard to other businesses, and you said you do.

    Doesn't seem so.
