Your statement holds no validity, as being here and accepting your theoretical contract are mutually exclusive.

Really? How do you know this, magically? Curious, if your theoretical contract were applicable, then why can two different individuals pay two different amounts in taxes, but receive the same social benefits?

It's not my fault you don't understand constitutional law. You asked, and were answered. It's why you pay your taxes. You know if you don't, you know you will be in breach of the contract and will face the legal consequences of breaching it.

we've established by being here, and remaining here, you have agreed to the contract.

nobody is talking about a theoretical contract. We are discussing the very real contract which has been linked to dozens upon dozens of times in this thread. People pay different tax rates based on their income. You know that.

So, no, you can't specify where in the Constitution it states pay or leave, or anything about a contract. You have no concept of my understanding of Constitutional Law. You have made the same statement over and over again, and have yet to actually show where in the Constitution it supports your claim. Quoting the Preamble does not show support for which you claim.

    Please try again.

I could post a picture of the Constitution, and claim that somewhere in the verbiage, lies the key to it NOT being a generational contract.

It would be as correct as what you continue to post.

You have been unable to support your argument since the beginning. I've already stated why I pay taxes, which has nothing to do with the fact that there is any number of people in this country who do not.

So if I paid in a buck-fifty in taxes based on your unstructured, unvalidated theoretical contract, then I am entitled to all the privileges?

no matter how many times you pretend otherwise, you know you are party to the contract. It's why you pay your taxes.
nobody is talking about a theoretical contract. We are talking about the one I've linked to dozens of times, and the one you voluntarily agreed to.

Apparently you think by repeating the same thing over and over again makes it somehow correct. What you've posted, the PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION does not say anything that supports your argument.

You've grown tiresome with this theoretical contract, the incorrect belief that somehow, the Preamble is a contract, you are unable to specify where it says pay taxes or leave, or that someone is subject to theoretical contract because they were born.

When you finally figure it out, and it has nothing to do with Constitutional Law, by the way, let me know.

I don't know of anyone who has agreed that simply by living where they are they are subject to the rule of some thugs. Can you perhaps point out where they did so? In writing would be nice.

You know where I live? That's kind of creepy. Not to mention that you know whether or not I pay taxes.

Stomping your feet won’t make reality go away. You are party to the contract. It comes with certain rights and privileges you enjoy. In exchange, you are required to pay your taxes.

You know all of this of course. It’s why you keep paying your taxes.

Yes, I understand you can't answer. I just love giving people a look at your incompetence.

    Keep up the good work.

I admit I assume you live in the US. And if you do, we know you pay taxes.

If you don’t live in the US then that’s different.

So Joe Blow agreed to what, exactly? And when is the date of this contract to which you refer?

Oh good. You don't support thugs taking the property of your fellow man. Good to hear.

Right. I forgot you already answered this. I remember you saying that Joe Blow never agreed, and the contract was 231 years ago and everyone who agreed to it is long dead.
