'California’s growing gun law legislation now includes a bill that expands the number of people who can ask a court to confiscate firearms from people they deem to be a threat.'

If this flies, expect periodic additions to the list. They think they are onto something and will expand it as far as they can.

Simply be a quiet gun owner and ccw person.

There is no need to act the jerk.

"DeLuz added, “We all want to do what we can to make sure we keep firearms out of the hands of individuals who can potentially be a danger to themselves or others. But in any case, we must always be careful of violating civil liberties.”"

What if your co-workers think that anyone who owns a gun is a potential danger to themselves or others?

Yet ex’s and people who are in legal disputes often use whatever tools are available. This would be one. I dislike any form of authoritarian control that deprives Americans of their rights without due process.

That is a legitimate concern. Don't let co-workers know you own guns.

Due Process is not lost at all. However, Max, is onto something that if ex's etc use the "he has a gun" argument when in fact there is no history of improper gun use.

There was a case in California where someone was denied bail simply because they were being charged with a weapons charge.
These laws make it free for the judge to decide that weapons law possession = danger,
even when there's no other factor that would legally allow them to do that.

Due process must be followed and laws must be constitutional. Obama wanted to deny many Iraq vets gun rights and also wanted to deny anyone on the no-fly list gun rights all without due process.

How do I interpret your statement? Be quite? Jerk?

Just go gray? Stay in closet?

No, this creates more problems.......hiding gun ownership from society builds on the stigma that progs count on. This is why the Progs/Hippies took shooting clubs away from High School, to set a negative narrative and lay the stigma foundation which has grown over the years.

I am not saying go to work with a ma deuce mounted on your truck but hiding a right that government will not infringe upon only emboldens progs.

**** California. Progs are the product of hippies having sex with sheep. Unnatural beasts.

Government has a right to regulate how CCW will bear arms in a proper manner.

No one has the right to act like the new sheriff in town.

Then go about actually proving such to actually be the case.
