I think youll find pretty much all laws where race is relevant, theyre not reliant on what race you actually are but on how you are perceived by others. For example, if someone denies you a job because they think youre Arabic, even if you actually have zero-Arabic blood or background, theyre still guilty of illegal discrimination.

I wouldn't call my expressions racist any more than that of the leaders of BLM, black leaders and political commentators calling for the eradication of whites. My feelings existed long before Trump. I became more vocal when blacks stopped fighting for equality and instead started treating whites like they falsely believe they are treated.

Then why did you ask for permission to call yourself black? I have a healthy dash of Native American in me and I pass for white. In Europe and places with large immigrant communities I seem to be assumed to be Croatian at first appearances based on what people ask me. Don't know why. One of my parents is from the UK and the other a plain old American mutt.

The follow-up with reproductive stereotypes illustrates the conflation of stereotypes based on race with those based on culture and socioeconomics. The "scream victim" and race card comments are pretty obvious references to the obnoxious entitlement to take offence that many people think they get, just by virtue of identifying as black. .
