For instance start charging your boss more to work since he's so willing to pay more, and offset the costs. Bet all of a sudden he can find it cheaper somewhere else huh.

Now remember, asking for cheaper goods also means ur willing to work for less as well.

 

Not me, but the guy with the water cooler selling em at $1 a pop during the summer still seems to be turning a profit, as well as the guy working the elevators on site. He keeps a cooler an hasn't jacked up the price.

 

I won't get rich working there but I'm managing to pay all of my bills as well as put a pretty decent amount in savings every month.

Plus I get another benefit that I would really hate to lose by going elsewhere....... On my time off I can come up to the shop and use the tools such as the lift to work on my own vehicle all I want.

And I get all the parts at wholesale cost including new tires. I do a fair amount of mechanical work myself but I don't do anything very involved like water pumps or anything and if I need a mechanic to do that I pay $50 an hour instead of the going rate of 100. So that's pretty nice. That has saved me a significant amount over the last 2 years

Oil Supply is already CAPPED. That cap on production is set by OPEC and their member countries. That "production limit" determines WORLD oil prices, along with OPEC+ which the US is not a member country. OPEC+ in recent years has a much larger effect on oil prices, and the Russian invasion of invasion of Ukraine is the current driver of oil prices....WHICH OPEC SETS !!!!!!

We will never leave OPEC because US producers want the higher prices. Do you honestly think that US companies will sell at lower prices just because they sell in the US ?

Real wage losses are a product of which law or policy set by the Biden administration ? Seriously, tell us exactly which law or policy created the global inflation we (a net importer) have today. These high prices, that fuel inflation are deliberate, they simply would like to evade the political price, and they were somewhat successful by artificially increasing supply by abruptly dumping the SPR that had been built up by the previous 6 presidents. So obviously you all do know that increasing supply lowers prices, the pretense that this is lost on you is feigned.

Biden and the Dems by attacking our US Energy Producers not only unleashed national inflation, but because we hold the world's global currency and were the world's swing producer, this, and their multiple $Trillion red ink orgies has added to global inflation.
