Bed bugs pre-date European settlement in the US. They weren't brought to the US by anyone.

Except they don't and they never have.

More Americans travel abroad every year than foreigners travel to America, both legally and illegally.

There is no magical barrier preventing Americans from bringing back diseases. So cut the bull(*)(*)(*)(*). If you hate foreigners, just say so. Don't try to obfuscate the issue with crocodile tears about disease when literally nothing you advocate would do anything to lower it.

Sure there is a simple way to stop infestations from nasty areas of the world. Don't allow people to travel here from such places. Airlines won't allow filthy people to travel on planes and discomfort others.

Build a wall along the Southern Border.

Deport all illegal aliens and their anchor babies.

Fine any business that hires illegals.

Another super idea is make foreigners from dirty places watch a video on personal hygiene before coming here along the lines of this:

Because all diseases are easily identifiable on sight?

Also, you are going to ban all travel to or from Latin America? I guess you want to destroy billions of dollars worth of the US economy.

Just as luggage is scanned at airports, so should travelers from filthy places---certainly the most unclean looking ones----and their luggage should also be screened and/or cleaned before entry.

    https://www.epa.gov/bedbugs/how-find-bed-bugs

Those coming from Mexico and most nations further South should have their luggage super-heated to kill pathogens and insects. The suspect travelers of course should pay the extra cost, just as Mexico and other illegal breeding grounds should pay for the Southern Wall.

Luggage gets scanned for explosives. There is no such thing as scanners for disease.

Super heating luggage would destroy it if it heated enough to kill all pathogens. No airline in the world would agree to that.

Tried to make illegal immigration more difficult and the left has fought it at EVERY turn. Obama has prosecuted states for trying to enforce immigration laws. Hillary has said time and time again she is for amnesty. Obama has vilified any suggestions on preventing illegals from coming and the MSM has labeled everyone racist who would dare support increased legislation to limit immigration only to the cream of the crop....meaning those with education and money who can afford little things like vaccinations.

In what way have they done so? And Obama has been president for only 8 years. What have they done the other 22 years out of the 30 I asked about?

    .
    Lol, no he hasn't.
Hillary has said no such thing and Obama has done no such thing.

    There's a fungus among us...
Deadly fungal infection that doctors have been fearing now reported in U.S.
10 Mar.`17 - Nearly three dozen people in the United States have been diagnosed with a deadly and highly drug-resistant fungal infection since federal health officials first warned U.S. clinicians last June to be on the lookout for the emerging pathogen that has been spreading around the world.

Diseases KNOW when a person is from the US and simply don't attack, why I'm sure that millions have been cured by just being near an American. Gosh, isn't America special.

Bah! Humbug! Just more hatred of the 'other'. How dare they have differently coloured skins and speak other languages!

One of the nice things about the US used to be we didn't have things like leprosy and ebola here.

Leprosy has been in the US since the arrival of Europeans.
