I'd say chastity is a character trait, not a simple number of sexual encounters or "lack of virginity". Would I steadily date a girl who sleeps with a new guy every week? No. But would I write her off as a "strumpet" or whatnot because she lost her virginity at age 16? No. The ideology I see espoused here is way too Islamist.

As for the ancient concept of female chastity compared with the modern concept of female liberation, I don't see a bright future for the ancient tradition. There are some basic fundamental truths that still apply however. First, teens should not be boinking at all. They should be studying. Their whole future depends on what they can learn from age 5 to age 18 or 21. The risk from teenage boinking is that little Johnny will knock up little Susie. That will bring shame on Johnny's family in the neighborhood and then nobody will speak to them so they'll have to move out. And Susie's life will be fokked up for the next 20 years as she raises the kid alone. After their teens, then Johnny and Susie can start boinking once they have each found jobs. Frat house boinking is a college intramural sport. As long as Susie remembers to bring her own condoms or she gets onto the pill (however a cancer risk), she won't get knocked up and she can finish her education and get her degree. The frat boyz are normally too young and dumb to think about their studies and their future. One quarter of them will flunk out of college and end up with blue collar jobs anyway. Some college is still better than no college.
I disagree. I believe that family-building, marriage, kids, are much more important than "studying". Morality should come before schooling. Otherwise no amount of "studying" will create meaningful lives and a stronger nation. Also it now appears to me that women who have children earlier in life (age 16-24) are much happier than women who wait until they are infertile and decaying (age 28+).
It sure makes your balls hurt though. And beyond the age of about 21 it makes no sense. By then everybody is normally smart enough to carry condoms 24/7/365. The really new extra thin ones are ideal.
