    These types of laws tend to really do interrupt liberty, so there needs to be justification for them. Like we saw during the civil rights movement in the sixties. It's important not to allow that to occur again but we are a long ways off.

    The Bible says that all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God, that Christ was sent here to not condemn us, but to give up hope, and a few other things. If you read the Book of Job, the life of the Disciple Stephen in the book of Acts, Christ's command to Lazarus to sell everything and follow him, you would know that the Wealth Theology is also not related to the Bible.

    Paul also writes that we are not bound by the law of Moses, which is where homosexuality comes from in the OT, and that we are alive as a new Creation in Christ. It is also why Christians are allowed to eat bottom feeders like catfish, crawdads, shrimp, etc and not have to be bound by the kosher diet.

    Possibly but somehow if prices towards gays was less than heterosexuals, you would be outraged and think you are being harmed.

    Are you suggesting God cannot change? Using the Christian faith the old and new testament shows God does in fact change.

    I'll wait to get a signed edition of the Bible before I "claim" to know the wishes of God.

    A middle-aged woman in England was able to get her books printed in every language and distributed around the globe in about two months.
    It took the Bible over 1,500 years to reach the same distribution. If the bible was really important to an omnipotent God, and it took over 1,500
    years to reach worldwide distribution, then there are only two possible scenarios;

    The Bible is not that important to said God, or JK Rowling is more potent than God.

    I don't agree that Leviticus really said homosexuality was wrong. It's interesting that it only started saying that when we started understanding it as a concept.

    Leviticus 18:22 is about temple prostitution.
