It's exactly whatever the DNC party line dictates.

I have no idea what this post references, if anything.

My guess is it's either a random, stray thought, or it's an attempt to, somehow, define complaints against the Fake News as RACIST!.

    Maybe Justice Thomas is RACIST!?

Maybe those who disagree with Thomas are RACIST!?

How many supposed hate crimes have been given obsessive coverage in the united states news media over the current year, only for it to be discovered the story is nothing more than a fake hoax?

You referred to Justice Thomas as an Uncle Tom...which has racist undertones. Which I’ve never really understood since he was the hero in the novel

I think a case can be made for a difference in libel laws that apply to celebrities and public figures. But I think the malice bar is too high. I also think the standard "negligently failed to exercise reasonable care" is too low. Something along the lines of gross disregard for the truth might be good.

It is racist when they say Democrat plantation because he is inferring that superbad being black is too stupid to think for himself, but you believe all racism was eradicated before Obama was elected, so your view on the subject is lacking.

Why do liberals hate the notion of equality under the law?

Do you need a refresher course on modern political lingo? :roflol:

"Democrat plantation" refers to the Democrats' strategy of using public policy (like welfare) to establish a voter base which is dependent on Democrats staying in power. This applies to folks of all races. "Plantation" comes from post Civil War thinking that freed slaves wouldn't be able to survive without their masters taking care of them. In its modern day meaning, the "masters" are the Democrats and "taking care of them" refers primarily to welfare.

The "Democrat plantation" can include folks of all races ---- the key element is their dependency on government (specifically Democrats) to the point that Democrats treat them like mindless pawns and take their votes for granted. The fact that Democrats assume blacks would never leave their Democrat plantation is just one part of the strategy, and any racism there should rightly be assigned to the Democrats who assume blacks are all dependent on government handouts and will all vote Democrat like obedient mindless drones.

Superbad's propensity to attack successful non-Democrat blacks as "uncle Toms" merely reinforces the Democrat plantation mentality.

    You're welcome :D

I need to give this matter more thought and research, but in light of the fact that the MSM routinely spreads falsehoods intentionally with a reckless disregard for the truth it doesn't appear that lowering the bar set in Sullivan is even necessary.

Such is a symptom of one not bothering to try and explain a particular matter. Often this is due to them not understanding the matter themselves, and merely repeating what they are told to say by their higher ups.

Does what include? Mediocre? That endearing characterization, along with "house negro" and "uncle Tom" are how leftists describe any POC who doesn't toe the DNC party line. When the leftist late night talking heads started taking heat for demonizing Kanye West, they flipped their late night script and began demonizing Trump for exploiting "mentally unstable" Kanye. No apologies at all. Thomas, Barkley, even Bill Cosby once upon a time endured the same treatment. I see in post #7 you refer to the SCOUTUS justice as "uncle Thomas" ... how witty you must imagine yourself as being.

I think Hollywood celebrities would love this. The National Enquirer would probably disappear overnight.

Why would anyone think Thomas is racist.

Racists can be called out for the racists, and they can be laughed at if they say the calling out is racist.

And you are somehow finding those two contradictory? This should be an interesting exploration of fallacious thinking!

Well then I would assume you are officially accepting that going foreward no one should take your judgements seriously. Want to discuss the pyramids as grain silos. And there are a lot more almost equally unbelievable stupidities.

The evidence is the two quotes.

One post complains about Trump's lies. The other lists wild phantasmagoria.

And just what does that have to do with tone deafness? And you would look smarter if you didn't try to use big words you don't understand.

    phan·tas·ma·go·ri·a
    Dictionary result for phantasmagoria
    /ˌfanˌtazməˈɡôrēə/
    noun
    1. a sequence of real or imaginary images like those seen in a dream.

Are you? I educated you about modern warfare and the MASSIVE differences between Vietnam and our current wars...but you crawled away.

    Shall I cite it again?
