The liberal elites are slow learners.

First, Obama made it okay to only talk to half the country and make jokes about the other half.
CNN tried to turn Trump into a clown and a buffoon in 2015-2016 during campaign season and sneered at anyone dumb enough to vote for him.
Clinton referred to half the country as deplorables and irredeemable. That was likely the last nail in her coffin.
After Trump's election, CNN stopped laughing at Trump as a "clown", changed their smears to "dictator" and "Russian asset" and tried to label all his supporters as Nazis, Racists and Facists.
House Democrat leaders in Washington are saying that Trump has to be impeached because half of America isn't smart enough not to vote for him again.

Now this CNN Lemon and Wlison insult to Trump's base.

The populist movement exists because of people feeling like the political ruling class and their associated media cohorts have a complete disregard, disrespect, and unmasked disdain for the average American citizen. It is they who are living in a privilege bubble and they who are the minority. It is they who are ignorant and out of touch.

The Bernie Bros are also a populist movement, just with a different solution and desired outcome for dismantling and reforming the establishment in Washington DC. Hillary Clinton directly insulted Bernie's supporters a couple weeks ago after saying that nobody likes Sanders. "I will say, however, that it’s not only him, it’s the culture around him. It’s his leadership team. It’s his prominent supporters. It’s his online Bernie Bros and their relentless attacks on lots of his competitors, particularly the women.”

You know, it's okay for politicians to attack each other to win elections. That's part of the game. When they start attacking the voters and supporters, they add fuel to the current populist fire.

Wonder if they'll ever learn. Their own arrogance is a main reason why Trump is President today.

 

Are they Journalists? Neither have ever called themselves journalists. One works on talk radio for himself. The other is a paid pundit and doesn’t report on anything. Only gives his slanted analysis.
