    That's true but your comment has nothing to do with the actual or even the estimated total number of person enrolled in ACA in 2019 that Kode claimed.

    It is no where near 20 million. At best it's about 11.8 million and declining.

    rich people will never allow for that as it would decrease the value of their property big time
