    Its moronic even for one post to try and argue she didnt make a promise for no carbon tax, and then within a few months try and introduce a carbon tax.

    She didn't introduce a carbon tax. She introduces an emissions trading scheme with a 3 year set price period.

    As you will recall - a price on carbon was Labor policy. And that is what the majority of Australians voted for - candidates who supported placing a price on carbon

    According to your poll? I didn't vote labor because of that at all actually! I didn't vote for Howard either when he promised not to introduce a GST!
    That's because I knew he was LYING!
