I never heard of Max Boot...so I looked him up. He endorsed Hillary in 2016 so.....anybody who endorses Hillary and has no problem with liberal policies put in place certainly is not a conservative.

It didn't turn out to be fine because Capt. Clorox acted too slowly. Then he tried to put the blame for his mistakes on others.
