Thank you. Not everyone has the courtesy to admit that they're not going have an open or honest debate. For all your naivety I appreciate that at least.

Britain and Canada (excluding Quebec) are common law countries. All of their courts use the common law. Some arbitrary court can't co-opt a 1,000 year legitimate process.

You are welcome! Mass murder is no longer welcome in this world. The politics of Queen Elizabeth II is no longer wanted in this world.

so "the public" decides what "the public" believes and wants?

sounds like a recipe for a witch hunt or lynch mob.

if these folks dare to act on their silly ideas, they will be arrested or killed by the police.

How cute! The mass murder of 50,000 orphans has no jurisdiction in your world. It does in mine.

What a cutie doll! Mass murder is Okay and even warranted. Very interesting. Because it pays big bucks? War on innocent people is profitable?

"War Is A Racket" by Major General Smedley Butler USMC.

    How cute?

That Mickey Mouse Court (thanks, Ronstar) has no jurisdiction in Britain or Canada.... none. It's just a stupid court that doesn't even know about TRCs.

Man I wouldn't even bother. If you want to that's fine but he's already admitted to not wanting an honest debate.

I guess your right. I just find it a bit offensive when countries bend over backwards to atone for past wrongs and then somebody comes along and put them on trial again.

I understand what you mean. Even then it takes more then public opinion to enforce a ruling.

Yeah, that is a (*)(*)(*)(*)(*). Of course mass murder does not have any statute of limitations.

If an "orphan" (they weren't necessarily orphans) dies in a residential school in 1901, Stephen Harper should be indicted? That's insane.

You know that even EIIR wasn't alive then, right?

I noticed in your article rom the OP arrests were to commence in March 2013. How many so far?

I also noticed if you follow the links to the local union chapters they all have the same info. Meeting date 00/00/2013. Location to be announced etc etc etc. The links to the local unions specific FB page just bring you to your own FB page. The links to their web sites are invalid because no site exists. The only contact for the local unions brings you right back to the webmaster which is probably the guy that built it. ( mr judge and jury but so far no executioner himself)

Brother john, your being duped by a small group of lunatics. Your worldwide movement seems to consist of a father/ son diabolical team and a handful of zombie followers in a Canadian basement.

Seems much like American courts of justice to me. The verdict being rendered by the people before the accused has even stepped into the dock.

    Nothing new there then!

I enjoy far more watching Americans perverting their 1st Amendment rights on a daily basis and claiming them to be genuine. The people speak and justice becomes a poor second.

Nothing enjoyable about that really. Just another abuse in a long line of so many.

So you prefer it when the people have no voice?

I prefer it when people can not say what they like when they slander and libel people without knowing the facts. Having a voice in the US means people have the right to abuse their fellow human beings with impunity, since bringing a slander or libel action is likely to bankrupt the aggrieved - which is of course why Americans excel at vilifying anyone and everyone.

    Americans are experts at that.

As Nancy Grace and Jane Velez-Mitchell can well testify.

Is Queen Elizabeth even considered a world leader? She has no real power.

There is a warrant for her arrest to face trial.

If she is innocent then she will be set free.

There is no warrant for her arrest or court to try her in

She will not be in custody, or on trial as no warrant or court exists.
