Kinda sucks...doentit? All of this and he got ahead from donations...no government, no pension, along with the beautician and her store.

Must get on your last nerve?

Because it is inhuman and WRONG. Every other civilized country in the world tries to AVOID shooting "suspects" to death. . .and there have been MANY exemple showing how in every other countries, the police manages to avoid "dangerous attacks" without KILLING.

We are a ridiculously inhuman country and we give cops TOO MUCH right to kill. . .and, if it was only the police, that would be one thing, but ANYONE in the States with the "stand your ground" law (a bad jock if ever there was one!) can kill anyone else just for looking cross eye at someone carrying a gun!

OUR COUNTRY HAS GONE MAD! And we are the laughing stock of the rest of the world!

    MOD EDIT - Rule 6

Actually, I don't really care about that part, because he will lose the whole thing within a few months anyway! AND, it gives more opportunity for the Brown family to sue him in civil court and actually gets some money from him!

    Not likely.

I don't want to see anyone killed, but I also would like to live in a world where the police never needed to kill anyone.

No kidding. When you look at the demographics, the town doesn't stand a chance. Even dogs don't (*)(*)(*)(*) in their own nests.

There is RARELY a NEED for police to KILL someone who is obviously not carrying a gun. . . in Brown's case, there was ABSOLUTELY no need to KILL him. A bullet in the knee would have stopped him (IF he was close enough to even be a danger to Wilson. . .which I doubt!)

Hon, I've forgotten more about American justice than most people will ever know.

Anybody can sue anybody. Period. The only snag is finding a lawyer either stupid enough, or in the case of someone like The Crumpster, enough of an attention ho, to be dumb enough to take the case.

Winning AND collecting are entirely different. Lotsa luck with that!

    lol@u.

Do you have any experience as a police officer to draw from?

Sweet pie, if you know so much about the American justice system. . .what are you doing wasting your precious "billable hours" in this forum?

    LOL@U!

It is very simple. . .compare the performance of the US police force and that of every other developed country.

And, it seems that it is PRECISELY those who "have experience as a police officer" who have been indoctrinated into that "shoot first, ask question later" mentality!

Again, Do you have any experience as a police officer to draw from? Have you ever been trained in the use of force? Have you ever been trained in police tactics? Have you ever even witnessed any police training ever?

Obviously NOT. . .and I am glad that you realize that the TRAINING (culture and group mind set) and the VALUE (or lack there off) placed on human life (especially colored human life) is partially to blame for the ever increasing police brutality in the US (as compared to the other developed, civilized countries).

So then, why should anyone take anything you say seriously?

Is Trayvon Martin's mother still touring the world on 'vacation time' from the State of Florida?

You take what I say as you wish. . .I reserve my right to say it and to provide the links that demonstrate how out of control the US police force (with all their training!) is.

I do not need to be taken seriously by anyone. . .much less the like of you.

But our country is not taken seriously by the rest of the world because of this addiction to the gun culture and the lack of discernement the police is trained to use when facing even the mildest suspect!

Have a lovely evening. . .sleeping with the "imminent need to use your gun!" :roflol:

And I support your right to speak as an expert on things you know nothing about. this is why police officers can never win. There are literally millions of experts out there thinking they know more about policing than those trained to do so.

Shoot someone in the knee? How about warning shots? You for that too? This is why they don't hire nincompoops to be police officers. I'm a pretty fair shot and I doubt I could shoot a running, fleeing, or charging target in the knee.

Does this diagram tell me what I think it does? That the body was 50 yards from the vehicle (shooter)?

Yes, the officer chased him when he ran. However, the shell casing positions show he was only a 15 feet when the Gentle Giant turned on him to attack again.

That's what they usually do when confronted with the dilemma of a "fleeing felon".

That's what happens when you people try to vilify someone unjustly.

Reasonable people step in to support them.

The brown family does not have a chance in hell to take the money.

    - - - Updated - - -

Sadanie, didn't you tell me that you have no need for a gun and if something happens you call the police and let them do their job? The same police that you think are out of control? It seems like depending on what narrative you are running with you will say contrary statements.....
