    Myrtle Beach is in South Carolina which is in the USA. The Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce commissioned this sculpture. The sculptors and all the sand are from Myrtle Beach. They do these all the time.

    If I hadn't had to install some marble floors I probably wouldn't have thought of it. The elmers substitutes for the portland in the sand mix and dries clear instead of gray.
