so just out of curiosity. If as accused, Biden was corrupt for using his official capacity to manipulate their government, what exactly it Trump doing ?

 

Nothing, having a conversation with a foreign head of state, supporting this election, and their ongoing investigations into political corruption.

Ukraine’s new government replaced Mr. Lutsenko last month.

As stated it’s been on going. Rudy of course was discussing the issue of dnc/Ukraine collusion...there might be some overlap of Biden in that, given how he blackmailed Ukraine
