    And if you do pay an electricity bill do you want the bill to "skyrocket"?

    1) Yes I pay an electric bill.
    2) If my electric company is offering me some enhanced service, I would not mind it "skyrocketing", as long as the service they offer is worth the extra cost.

    I pay my bill.

    Unless the new electricity will give me a back massage, I would not accept a large rate increase.

    What new service did Obama offer you? He is the a-hjole who said that under his plan your electricity rates would skyrocket.

    the electric companies have a catch 22, if they raise them to much, it make solar and wind more affordable and they lose business

    No one has offered me anything, and my electric bill has not skyrocketed.

    Let's see what King Pen-n-Phone actually does before we believe what he says... because... you know... he's a habitual liar, and we can't believe ANYTHING he says. Hopefully, he's lying about this too.
