I was watching footage from his 1994 debate for governor, and he was on fire. He was fluent with large words and complex sentences.

So what happened between then and 2004? In only ten years, he became a bumbler at the podium!

    Here's the 1994 debate:

Compare that to the Bush we all know and love today...

His was the most drastic change, that's for sure. Was this a conscious effort or is the pressure of the presidency to blame? Obama's language skills have also decreased, though not to such a large degree.

He's aging and no doubt not as fast on his feet as he used to be.

He was a mass murderer and traitor to the USA in 2001, when he did/allowed 9/11 to happen, and he still is a criminal and should be tried for those crimes.

He hasn't changed much since he was a gubernatorial candidate, when he was reading from scripts he had memorized in advance. Reports that the president suffers from Dyslexia were also wrong. I think the media poked fun at him by highlighting his minor grammar mistakes back then.
