    So you are in favor of not hiring professors who are not down with DEI. Doesn't that strike you as a tad totalitarian? Or is pretending to support DEI just a little white lie?

    Also, do you have a problem with diversity hires that are not up to snuff academically?

    Equality isn't merely an obsession of some, nor is a march pushing an ideology down people's throats.

    And, what do you mean by "If we had to have a march"? What would make you have to have a march?
