He left the bar then came back. We only have his side of story, which does not support assault.
He demanded $1.5 million from Lemon or he would go public and litigate.

Read the law. Its painfully clear you didn't. There is nothing in it that states you can forcibly touch someone if they come back to the same place.

It's obvious by your posts here that you have no clue about sexual harassment laws. Do yourself a favor and learn them because what Don Lemon did (if the accusations are true) is Sexual Harassment and/or Sexual Assault.

There is no such thing as "Don Julio Real", in a realistic price range... Maybe you meant "Don Julio 1942" or " Don Julio Anejo"?

 

There is that damn word, "if"...were is the victims witnesses and according to his prior actions the defendant has already been noticed showing his deep affection for lemon and CNN. Tsk, tsk...Shows intent with malice..

In any assault case, it is normally the one that resorts to violence first that is at fault. There are some exceptions. Things that are categorized as "fighting words" are a defense to becoming violent. However, the plaintiff does not appear to have used "fighting words"....and Lemon really does not appear to have committed assault. The plaintiff might have a case on civil court for the humiliation, but it will be an uphill battle.

How is the Lemon accuser any different than the Kavanaugh accusers?

 

He would have to prove suffering and anquish which is the most difficult to prove and the story never mentions witnesses..

 

My old lady used to drink vodka with supposid gold flakes in it. People drink it to show of their position in society like the poor guy who spends all his dough on a flashy car to impress..

 

In my opinion, the Lemon accuser is not any different than the Kavanaugh accusers. Opportunists who want to cash in because they shared the same oxygen in the room as Lemon/Kavanaugh/next target du jour.
