    Since the whole town knew about it the next day, so I have no doubt there were witnesses. Also....a bar that Lemon would go to....during business hours....really? You think it was just the two of them in there?

    The sexual assault angle might win the case. If the plaintiff was a female, it would definitely hold up in court, so the same should apply to a man. Something I'm sure the plaintiff's attorney will point out to a judge and/or jury. I smell settlement.

    I agree that the Lemon accuser and the Kavanaugh accusers are just trying to "cash in", but I don't think they are completely similar. The Kavanaugh hearing was all about stopping his nomination to the Supreme Court. If it wasn't for his nomination, we would have never heard the accusers.

    depends, if it was done in self defense, like an homophobe getting in his face and threatening him in a threatening way and rather then fight, he did that to prevent a fight

    we really need more information, what really happened, if anything, maybe a video of Lemon saying he grabs his junk and does this to people and cause he is a star they let him do it

    personally, it's prob nothing more then fake news

    1. The guy goes to a bar with friends
    2. "Don was sitting with 2 or 3 other people"....hmmm....at least 3 potential witnesses so far....4 counting the bar tender.
    3. The bar was open in NY. Bars are usually crowded in NY. OK....I did assume the bar was open, but I can't quite see a guy going out with friends to a closed bar.
    4. The whole town knew about it the next day. Unless you are "assuming" that the guy or Lemon spread the news of the encounter.

    Not too much assuming involved. I would bet money that there were tons of witnesses. It would be a very safe bet.

    yeah, if the guy admitted he started it, it's case over....

    sounds like Lemon ended a fight with nothing more then grabbing his own crotch and pushing the man that was in his face away - thus avoiding a physical fight
