In their minds they're reading: "To prevent massive fraud we need to terminate the Constitution, etc." Pray tell on what basis would elections ever take place if that was done? Laws were ignored in this election cycle that may very well have influenced the results. Ignoring or terminating rules is the only way to allow massive fraud to occur.

calling for Amending the Constitution, but suspending said rules so he can be President - just what exactly is he doing to the Constitution?

If parts of the Constitution are "terminated" without proper procedure but rather by edict, then the whole Constitution is rendered impotent and unenforceable. Justifying the elimination of any part of it is to justify the elimination of all of it. Hence it would terminate the Constitution.

Such is the character of this authoritarian dictator wannabee who would eliminate the Constitution and our entire representative democracy. And you think that's a small thing that may be good?????
