Donald Trump to Bill Maher: Pay Up or I Will Sue

Jesus, you guys are actually counting the days? I'm sure the response from Trump had a date in mind, like 30, 45 or 90 days for the response back to him. Based upon that response from Maher there could be several volleys before suit is filed. You guys call Trump an idiot and you don't seem to have a clue of your own.

I hope Trump the blowhard sues the little twerp just for entertainment value alone. If he doesn't, his point was made that Maher is a liar of a liberal. No news there. And since I am not privy to the specifics of the correspondences between parties I see no reason to agree to an arbitrary time allotment just to satisfy your need for action. Well, as no action has been taken, it would appear hope is currently all that you have in this matter.

 

All the days in the world won't magically make a contract where there is none.

Trump can sue for entertainment, but what would be the point, if he would automatically lose? It would make him look like an idiot and he knows that hence why there will never be any lawsuit.

For Trump it is a far, far greater thing to hold a press conference than to actually follow through.

You see, Trump is a blowhard, who is horribly addicted to getting his face in the paper. He constantly makes outrageously stupid statements, and folks lap it up, like little chihuahuas hoping for a fallen scrap.

In fact, even if Trump did have a written contract and could sue, he STILL wouldn't be right, because his birth certificate doesn't specify that the father's name doesn't correspond to an orangutan. No species is specified.

I doubt that a suit will be filed, But I would hope Trump will keep Maher's failure to own up to his challenge in the news to embarrass him.

Indeed. Science has proven it.. But still, the birth certificate has to mention it as well. Consider the context that the challenge actually arises from in the first place, and that is demand that only one type of proof, the birth certificate, is acceptable.

The wager was, Donald Trump had to show a birth certificate which would serve as proof that he wasn't spawned from an Orangutan.. No birth certificate in the world is going to mention the word orangutan on it, hence the safe bet for Bill Maher and a retarded Trump who not only thinks he has proof but even thinks he can sue devoid a written contract!
