The TERMS of the agreement were QUID PRO QUO (We do this... you do that). The Taliban refused to take the first action, which was to establish a ceasefire with the Afghan Government. They didn't do it. That AUTOMATICALLY ended the "deal". It took no decision, no order... the conditions of he deal were violated so the deal was OFF. Biden had lots of options then. He could have brokered a need deal. He chose to run away in chaos. Trump had nothing to do with any of it after 20 January 2021... HE WAS OUT OF OFFICE AND HAD NO OFFICIAL ROLL IN ANY CAPACITY.
