    It seems weird because you worship the government. Somebody saying that the government is just too big probably sounds like heresy to you. It's like saying that God is too powerful.

    Yes, that is exactly what Dems did.

    When they woke up one morning and decided to let their fatuity reign, by agreeing with Z-world, that the USA needs to be rid of all its [100% pale-White humans and its 100% dark-Black humans] by replacing only them, with fair-skinned/hi-yellow humans like we saw Obama successfully do. By which today, the idea of Trump's Travel Ban or his Refugee Moratorium or especially, The Wall, do all stagnate that Dem mantra.

    doesn't work like that, that large of a number of employees losing their jobs all at the same time does not easily absorb by the economy

    Actually It does work like that with respect to how Trump only shut down 13% of the GOVT. Yes thereby for realistic debate, then 13% of the employees are without paychecks where there is then no need to say how "subjective" that large number actually is, when you mentioned it.

    Not including how we have no knowledge of these worker's savings nor their non-GOVTpaycheck income, in terms of sustaining their consumer habits.
