Well it is clearly unConstitutional, at the moment, but the present Court could change the precedent. This would be, in lieu of some extraordinary new evidence, an unusual, even an abnormal step, for them to take, but this is one of the main reasons, that each of Trump's 3 new Justices was picked.

And would it surprise you to find out that this is not common knowledge? If not, why would you not understand the need for you to back up such a grand claim-- which seems a rather dubious one, to my mind-- with the citation of a credible source, supporting this assertion?

We'll see if SCOTUS overturns Roe v. Wade by allowing this law to stand. I think SCOTUS should be concerned about bringing law itself into disrepute if they do.

 

Democrats would be equally disingenuous if they generalized about Republicans based on the grandstanding gotcha question by Senator Blackburn, including Blackburn interrupting Jackson in the middle of her response to the question.
