How could you possibly ruin dirt poor Republican flyover states like Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana?

It is usually the extreme right that refers to fetuses and embryos as "children". You support using government force to push personal beliefs and even reinforce their ideology. You will be receiving your MAGA hat in 4-6 weeks.

Your first claim, is clearly misleading, in the impression it gives, without the inclusion of your subsequent post, above. Even that post is incorrect, as the aborted fetus is not considered a person, hence can neither be a "boy," nor a, "girl," even if you disagree with the way our law defines it. As I said, there is a difference between explaining your argument's perspective, and merely stating it as a fact, as if everyone is automatically going to be aware of the particular prism, through which you are interpreting those facts. In truth, you are considering what is only potential, to be the completed product. You are judging by a predicted future reality, not by what is accepted truth, at the time of the abortion. For example, many abortions occur, before the child's sex is even known. That it's intended sex can be discovered, from analysis of its genes, does not change the fact that its sexual characteristics had yet to develop. That means, it is not, yet, even a "girl"-- any more than it is yet a child, or a human being-- and it is certainly not a "woman," as your initial post claims.

When one operates in this way, they eventually discredit, in advance, all their future claims, before they are even made. Witness how little credence, most of the world gives to Putin's claims of the Ukranian government being run by Nazis, and their bombing & killing their own civilians in Bucha & Mariupol. So, you can & should think of your current, deceptive representations of truth, as gestational discredits of statements you will wish, one day, to have taken seriously (when you eventually make them).

The supreme court has been trying to pass this off to the congress. Congress won't touch it. I think there is a good chance that they will accept the law. That will move to decision to the individual states which is what they really want.

You realize that more girls being aborted would be a reason why more boy are born right?
And your last statement is bogus.

Abortion laws have long been a state matter. I can see why Congress is reluctant to get involved.
The danger for the Court is that law itself will come into disrespect and they will be held responsible.

They are responsible for everything they do. Works the same for you and me. It is what it is.

Easy. Just let California politicians run the states.

Women, in particular, think this is long overdue.

If extreme punishment alone solved the problem, we would be in the clear now.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_laws_in_the_United_States

Men have to change their attitude about sex. That will only come when they change their attitude toward women. Stay tuned on that one.
We already know harsh sentences don't by themselves solve the problem of sexual assault.
First of all, there is no "open border."

Anyway, probably not. Don't know. There are other reasons to want to end illegal immigration, so that whether or not some of them are criminals is beside the point.

We should decide on who and how many. Why should we accept someone who jumps the border or overstays a visa instead of someone who goes through our processes?

California is way the hell better than Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana—or Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Tennessee, etc. That said, I no longer live in California. Born there, raised there.

Not when it comes to being dirt poor. CA leads the nation in poverty. At least you don't try to hide that you look down on the poor. (Both literally and figuratively)

No. Canada has no abortion law and hasn't had one for about three decades.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abortion_in_Canada

They have a lower abortion rate than we do.

They're partly to blame for the housing problem, the cause of the poverty.

Most Americans don't want their country turned into a theocracy.

    In some countries, not here.
A fetus is not a person.
