Durham bombshell: Prosecutor unveils smoking gun FBI text message, 'joint venture' to smear Trump

Special Counsel John Durham is revealing new smoking gun evidence, a text message that shows a Clinton campaign lawyer lied to the FBI, while putting the courts on notice he is prepared to show the effort to smear Donald Trump with now-disproven Russia collusion allegations was a "conspiracy."

In a bombshell court filing late Monday night, Durham for the first time suggested Hillary Clinton's campaign, her researchers and others formed a "joint venture or conspiracy" for the purpose of weaving the collusion story to harm Trump's election chances and then the start of his presidency.

"These parties acted as 'joint venturer' and therefore should be 'considered as co-conspirator,'" he wrote.

Durham also revealed he has unearthed a text message showing Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann falsely told the FBI he was not working on behalf of any client when he delivered now-discredited anti-Trump research in the lead-up to the 2016 election. In fact, he was working for the Clinton campaign and another client, prosecutors say.…

Hillary is guilty as sin. She and her campaign engaged in a conspiracy to smear Trump. Worse, they continued their crimes after he became elected and even after the inauguration. Durham is taking his time but now we find that he’s been busy getting at the truth.

This sham investigation is still going on? Costs us 4 million dollars and the biggest crime is lying to the FBI - which Trumpers have said is no big deal.

Does that mean the FBI shouldn't investigate cases that arise from someone associated with the opposing party?

Did Trump do that when he asked Zelenski to investigate Biden, and the right vilified him for not doing it?

We all knew Sussman lied to the FBI about representing Hillary Clinton in September of last year, but as an officer of the court (lawyer) that is only on him, unless he could prove that Hillary Clinton forced him with illegal coercion of some sort, which is highly unlikely.

Sussman is a total scumbag. Yes, he was likely operating under Hillary Clinton's orders, but the dude was paid well and to take the bullet if he got caught. The weird thing is, this smart lawyer was so damn obvious. He won't bring Hillary down for these dirty deeds, the crime ends with him. The Clintons are pros, they don't go down and those that do... well suicide is an option.

 

This is literally, old news. The attorney in question, Michael Sussmann, has already been charged in 2021 and not yet adjudicated. But then again, if Democrats, they are not entitled to a fair and impartial hearing, are they?

 

So they found someone concerning and took it to the fbi. So what? That’s what you’re supposed to do.

It sounds bad, but this isn't the reason I tie the Trump campaign and Russia. Durham has shown to be very partisan, so I would like to see the evidence when presented at trial, and the defense's case. There are some phrases in the write-up that I would like clarification on, but I'm definitely not voting for Hillary if she runs for public office.
This just shows why we need to be, as voters, more diligent in the primary process. We all got screwed in 2016 with the DNC hand picking Hillary over Bernie.
I wonder if Bernie would have won had he been the nominee? I guess we'll never know.
