It is not my opinion that Clapper, Fauci, Brennan and others have lied, it is a fact that they lied. That you happen to be ignorant of those facts is YOUR problem, not mine.

Other posts here by you suggest you are an attorney. If true, I pity the unfortunate random person who has hired such a misinformed/uninformed attorney.

THE SECURITY STATE TURNS INWARD: “These are intelligence agencies rigging domestic elections just as they have done in so many foreign countries.”

'the testimony in the missouri v biden case remains astonishing. the disdain for the first amendment and claim of prerogative to violate it is nothing short of villainous.'

The Biden Administration doesn't think much of the First Amendment.

    It gets worse:

"It depends" = "It's up to us if it does"

'politicians are being dragged into show trials for imaginary infractions and conjured collusion while those who actually are doing these very things are protected from criticism, their misdeeds and misanthropy masked, ignored, and vanished.'

    Folks are waking up!

    The time is now:

Trump appointee who judge who said vaccines don't work because you need a booster.

It's like saying blood pressure medications don't work because you have to take it everyday.

If you can find the same article or something similar in a credible news source, I'll look at it. But Justthnews isn't a credible source.

For some reason, I'm seeing lines drawn through your post.

I'll run it through the AI grinder, see what critique it offers:

Now, I don't really care if you don't like AI, but it's assessment, well, I wouldn't have been as nice. I like how it writes, without rhetoric or emotion.

Thing is, let's see if you can rebut it better than it rebuts you.

However, if you can't, or you won't, I'll take that as your concession and defeat.

A logical fallacy. Don't you know that you can't prove a negative? For example, prove that God does not exist. No, the onus is on the claimers to prove their case.

IF you are claiming the election wasn't free and fair, the onus is on YOU to prove your claim.
Okay, I can see what is wrong with your statement (you clearly do not understand how elections work) , but I suspect AI has a more robust input, so let's see what it says:

I couldn't have said it better, myself.

If you can't rebut it, or you refuse to, I'll accept that as surrender and defeat.

In spite of your reporting it you misrepresent my post. I said your RESPONSE was intellectually lame not YOU.

As in the WSJ comments section yesterday

"The commissioner's scapegoating of climate change is intellectually weak"
    https://www.wsj.com/articles/califo...-home-owners-444f5134?mod=opinion_major_pos17

You might message them and explain the difference and have my post reinstated

    I didn't report it.
Here you go: "Mods, please restore the post I didn't complain about and didn't know was deleted."
I have never reported anything or anyone on this forum.
I was irritated at the time I wrote my response, but take this to the bank: if I have something to say about a specific subject I will either say it or keep my mouth shut (usually the latter). One thing I pride myself on is that I won't whine to someone else about my grievances.
I spent 20+ years as a shop steward for an employer I liked, so I heard lots of whining and saw both sides of the fence.
Bottom line, you have every right to your opinion as we all do. But don't be so convinced that someone with a different opinion is so wrong or stupid. Took me a long time to understand that. And that's not to say I'm perfect at it myself.
You're a good guy. I didn't report you. Never will.
If I have a message to send, it will be direct. Promise.
    Hope that helps.
