Possibly not, since the Constitution gives Congress explicit authority to pass legislation baring racial discrimination, and states likely do too. But how many women are affected by this? The legislature only passed this to show that they can. Women can get around it by saying they are aborting for a different reason, and they originally had the test to see who the father was so they would not need to admit to cheating if they don't have to.
Women don't have to "get around" this obvious Republican attempt to again restrict women's rights......women have a right to get an abortion with NO reason given.... What has "cheating" got to do with it?? Are Republicans now going to punish women who cheat? I wouldn't put it past those misogynist buggers so that's why I'm asking..
