This is unconstitutional and will never hold up in court. Lobbying is a first amendment right... The federal government also cannot legally bar anyone from holding a federal job as a result of their previous employment.
She may have believed she was part Native American. I thought I was part Irish until I had a dna text. If being misinformed is a disqualification then I would hate to see what trump is going to do in 2020
Can you show a single place where her career was advanced because of it? Also while you are at it, can you show that she knew that she was not Native American and was lying about it?
Any laws against public corruption and complete financial transparency and disclosure by people running for public office are a great idea. Good for her.
Any law that she proposes or signs should also pertain to her. Anti corruption will be a good campaign issue for her if she gets the nod and Trump hasn’t been impeached for corruption. Good idea by Liz’s campaign people. Trump’s administration has been rife with corruption from the outset.
I remember most Democrats and Republicans saying the same thing about Trump around this time in 2015 and he oozed his way in. You never know.
This is pretty rich coming from a Trump supporter. Did you forget about the $25 million fraud settlement Trump paid?
No, they just said he didn't have a chance, he never proved he was crazy by claiming to be Pocahontas......
She's beating Trump in the new Fox News poll (which accurately predicted Clinton's popular-vote victory). Oddsmakers think she has a 20% chance. https://electionbettingodds.com/
Yea, well odds-makers said Hitlerey was going to win by a landslide..... Be careful where you put your confidence.
Ted Cruz said: “Donald Trump is a pathological liar who is completely amoral”, Lindsay Graham said Trump was a loudmouthed crackpot......Need I go on? Compared to Trump, Warren is a pretty safe pick.
Totally meaningless, given that Trump is beating Obama and Obama did get himself reelected: Donald Trump's Approval Rating Surpasses Obama's, Not Just on Rasmussen Reports President Donald Trump's job approval rating this week averaged across major polls surpassed that of his predecessor President Barack Obama at the same time eight years ago, https://www.newsweek.com/trump-approval-rating-higher-obama-1460076 Right.
If she's elected, these proposals will mysteriously die on the vine, and she'll never talk about them again. She knows laws like these are unconstitutional, but she realizes that most Americans don't know that. She's in the "say anything" mode right now to get votes.
Aren’t they all? At least she isn’t saying that Canada will pay for the enforcement of these corruption laws. How are you doing Seth?
True, but you don't throw out the racing form just because a long-shot comes in. The oddsmakers and pollsters are usually right. And it is significant that Fox has Trump losing to Warren by 6. Politicians don't lose hypothetical matchups to people who have no chance of winning.
Doing great myself....Can’t wait till the big face off next year....Been following them all closely since Goldwater Johnson...This one could be a real barn burner...The big ideas and promises are ramping up from all sides...Come to think of it, it never really changed my life one way or another no matter which guy won...Probably same thing next year too, but it is fun to watch and speculate...Jack Daniels, good red Italian wine and juicy ribeye steaks are still pretty cheap. You know, the important stuff.
Same with me. I have lived my life as I have chosen and done what I want to do regardless of politics. And btw, I have loved my country and been loyal to her regardless of the political pendulum. I like a good Cabernet Sauvignon with a good steak and loaded potato. Otherwise, I drink ales of various varieties. Cheers!
She's part of the establishment that led to that corruption and lack of transparency. She's already said she will take money from big money groups for the general election. Its a sham, intended to make lefties clap. Like wiping out student debt.
I know you like those 10% to 14% ales. One or two of those guys will put you right where you want to be...Sometime try a nice Chianti or Brunello with your steak. In my opinion, California, Oregon and Washington reds are overpriced compared to the great Italian reds. Those dagos are the ones who taught the Napa Valley everything they know. Loaded potatoes with bacon, butter, chives and some sour cream or cheese...You bet...And you are damn right, none of these politicians will ever do a damn thing for you. You seem like the kind of guy who does things for yourself and I pity the fool who comes for your semi auto pistol or rifle....They better come big or stay home!
