    Maybe she should donate her accumulated wealth of around $8 Million to REAL! American Indians for falsely claiming to be American Indian and Lying about it on her admission forms to Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania and the Texas State Bar. Hey! Pocahantas, put your ill gotten gains from lying where your Mouth is and make it a REAL! apology.

    I think we'd all be better off with politicians who have the maturity and mental strength to apologize for mistakes.

    I was born and raised in OKC and it is not uncommon that families have a legacy of claiming to be part injun, it was in my family on my Grandmother's side yet the records on my Grandmother stop at my Great-Great Grandmother Mrs. Turner who was a widow and it had the name of her second husband who was a Scott and he refused to allow the Cherokee part of the family to be around her and they never signed onto the Dawes Role. My story is not uncommon.

    Especially politicians who have the maturity and mental strength to build an entire career pretending to be another race. So brave. I hope I have the maturity and mental strength to pretend to be black when the reparations come around. After picking up my check perhaps I can double my integrity by apologizing for the fakery. I too can be as brave as dizzy lizzy.

    This tired, old smear attempt is as pathetic as ever. Like Johnny Cash, Warren (née Herring) had accepted her family's oral tradition of native American ancestry.

    Insulting Native Americans with the stereotypical "Pocahontas" does not demean Warren. It merely displays ignorance and a lack of respect for the Powhatans, an Algonquin people of eastern Virginia, distinct from Warren's family stories about both grandparents having some Cherokee or Delaware blood.
