If a people in a defined area (ie: not scattered all over the place) want independence and local autonomy they have a right to it which supercedes any right to keep them in a union they don't want. Irrespective of the constitution of the union, irrespective of any promises they made in the past - they have an absolute, unqualified right to independence.

The authority of the state comes from the consent of the governed, not executive fiat.

Mueller is a true Republican and a conservative. He is also in charge of an investigation and is doing his job, and that is what Trump advocates have a problem with. The Ukraine is disputing Russia taking the Crimea. Where the Ukrainians state that a part of Crimea is their land. Problem is....Putin already controls all of the Crimea and has since he took it.
