The Awans liked to work for Democrats who were members of the House Committee on Homeland Security, the Committee on Foreign Affairs or the Permanent Select Committe on Intelligence. Do you think that was just a coincidence? I don't. I think they had spies in their midst and were too stupid to notice or care. • How much access did he have? Did Awan have access to emails and sensitive correspondence from prominent members of Congress, including information relating to the House Foreign Intelligence Committee?
• Who else was involved? We know Awan had hired family members and close friends while working for Schultz. Did they too have access to sensitive national intelligence?
• Why was he paid so much? Sources close to the scandal say Awan was paid nearly $150,000 a year to remain on Debbie Wasserman Schultz’ IT team, even though he was barred from Capitol Hill back in February.
• What events surrounded his firing? Even though Awan was banned from the Capitol earlier this year, Schultz kept him on her payroll for months; only firing the shady IT staffer after he tried to flee the country.
• What is Debbie hiding? The former DNC boss has been “stonewalling” the FBI’s investigation in to Russian hacking for months; refusing to hand over hard drives, ignoring investigators’ requests, and even threatening the Chief of the Capitol Hill Police over her widening scandal. What is she hiding?

Congress Moving Forward With Investigation Into Blabbermouth Schultz IT Scandal Amid New Calls for Her to Resign



Washington Free Beacon reports:

Congress is advancing an investigation into a growing scandal surrounding IT staffers working for Rep. Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz (D., Fla.), who are accused of stealing sensitive computer equipment from House lawmakers’ offices, according to senior congressional sources who told the Washington Free Beacon the Democratic leader’s refusal to answer questions could “merit resignation.”

Congressional leaders have now requested a formal briefing by Capitol Police into its investigation of several Pakistani House IT staffers who are accused of stealing sensitive computer equipment and of illegally penetrating congressional networks.

Imran Awan, one of the staffers who worked for Wasserman Schultz and several other Democratic members of Congress, was arrested this week when trying to travel to Pakistan and charged with bank fraud after a months-long investigation that found he wired nearly $300,000 to that country. Several other staffers tied to Awan are the focus of an investigation into claims they stole sensitive equipment and illegally penetrated the House IT network.

Leading members of Congress are growing frustrated with the pace of the criminal investigation and have moved to conduct their own independent prove into the scandal, according to multiple sources who indicated that the relevant congressional committees are making moves to start an investigation, which could include compelling testimony from Blabbermouth Schultz, who has been accused of stonewalling on the issue.

Imran Awan worked for Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz for thirteen years since she came into office in 2004 as a Florida representative. She only fired him this past week and would have kept paying her “IT expert” even when he was living in Pakistan.

Three Pakistani brothers who managed the IT affairs for several Democratic government officials were relieved of their duties in February on suspicion that they accessed specific computer networks without permission, also known as hacking.

 

it would be nice to find those missing emails, the MSM seems to want everyone to forget about them. And this weird thing with the DNC and these Pakistani Criminals that were running all their IT, it's a weird situation that no one seems to want to talk about!
