If someone manages to go through the entire process of converting a male reproductive system into a female one and can successfully carry and birth a child, power to them I suppose. The amount of determination and commitment and strength as well as the resources and the support network that one would need to undertake this kind of massive medical journey is going to limit how many people can actually do this.

I think there are several things at work, to explain the revulsion I feel at the notion of a big, muscular man "giving birth":

It saddens me to think of the ridicule the child will likely face at school from his peers if the word gets out. And it will. Yes, bullying is bad. It's not likely to be transitioned surgically into love.

Second, it angers me that a person would take the perfectly good and serviceable organs and orifices that God, the gods, or evolution if you insist, gave him, and then pay a surgeon to excise them because he has always "felt" like a woman. Then ingest a bunch of chemicals to "complete" the process. It's monstrous, literally. This is playing with life to stroke your ego. I don't care if a person is unhappy as a man. Even if we concede that he "feels" like a woman, does that mean he has to cut away his natural organs? Especially since he struggles to define "woman" in the first place?

 

No, it's a woman with female body parts who has always "felt" like she is a man. You are describing trans woman.
